Lila’s cat is supposed to be white but this cat is gray. Is it a different cat? I agree about petting and loving on the cat, if Macushla had her way I wouldn’t do anything else.
how can they be so stupid?— right here in front of them is an opportunity to be rid of their lousy telemarketing jobs forever and be financially set for the rest of their lives…. and they squander this golden opportunity on a large pepperoni pizza?
Macushlalondra, I asked the illustrator and he explained that Frankie, the cat, is gray because he’s in the shadow of Boyd. But, yes, you’re right. Frankie is a white cat. And, so true, Fer Lefer. Frankie saved the illustration :)
I once fell for an Internet network marketing scheme, and ended up wasting hundreds of dollars before I had to quit it. It was more or less a glorified coupon pyramid. I regret ever doing it. Just order the pizza, Lila.
Ha! When I would let a cat near me, I couldn’t stand when they stretched like he does in panel 4 because the selfish little you-know-what would stretch with claws bared! Hence, one of the main reasons I don’t let a cat near me…
