Good advice Jolly! You may not be able to walk a pound-adopted kitty who needs you, but s/he’ll keep you healthy - walking to the store for tins of food and litter; better than the tube or computer all day :) I’m glad to see Mutts is covering ‘Shelter Stories’ once again this week!

Even if you don’t have a dog, walk your dog! Keeps the weight off. Adopt a poor homeless pooch today!
