Why do I think Upton is going to end up giving a sermon?

Okay, okay, I’ve got it: The real pastor KNEW he didn’t have a replacement coming, but had a visitation foretelling that if he let the sinner Upton into his home Upton would find God and become a pastor himself. Mark my words, that’s how this is gonna unfold. And I have to say, after the really-nicely rendered thunderstorms we’ve seen, I have no issue with Scancarelli using the blackout to get out of drawing two panels.

The Bible does mention calculation, however. “What man intending to build a tower does not first sit down and calculate the cost - whether he is able to complete the project.”
