My expectation is the reunion of Warbucks with the Asp and Punjab will come after Warbucks escapes these terrorists. The Asp, Punjab, and that criminal were on the deck of the sub when Xaxo’s people fired. I don’t recall any evidence that the luxury sub had torpedo tubes. Even if it did, I doubt that they used torpedo tubes. A well timed jump would have been easier than going below and using the tubes. I suspect Punjab used his cape somehow.
Interesting discussion from nine years ago. It’s true that Punjab and the Asp were on the sub when it was destroyed back on 3-9-2008. However, they were alive and well in the Tracy-Annie crossover story when they next appeared on 6-15-2013.

Did we see Asp and Punjab get blown up? No. Just the submarine blow up. They could have sued the torpedo tubes to escape.
