Get Fuzzy by Darby Conley for June 02, 2011
Transcript:
Bucky: So... Your little feeble body gives you a aural takedown defense and you're too stupid to submit to the pain of an arm bar. Very well... There is yet an attack for which there is no defense. You will be rendered unconscious. Satchel: Mm-hm. Mm-hm. Bucky: I will put you out of your misery quickly. Turn around. Satchel: 'K. Bucky: I now have you in a textbook sleeper hold. Passing out, yet? Satchel: No, but I can totally see how someone would sleep like this. It's very snuggly.

I love the frames where Bucky is mad but his head is particularly fuzzy.

Plus you have a nice soft pillow if you choose to fall backwards.

For some reason, when I think of Bucky the word snuggly isn’t what I think of having my face ripped off, but not snuggly.

I love the ones where Satch has the last laugh on Bucky but they are few and far between.

I still use comics.com for Apt. 3G, Mary Worth, Rex Morgan, MD., etc. but I LOVE GoComics because of all the reader’s comments, but I don’t remember having the opportunity to comment or see comments on comic.com Can someone please enlighten me?

My apologies: I get the other comics from the online Washington Post. Now I understand why there are no comments. I’m glad some of my Washington Post comics are now on GoComics

@Colin yeah, I think Shakespug needs to make another guest appearance in the strip!

Yeah, the first time my cat, Pyewacket (a.k.a. 8-ball, stupid) met our Rottie-mix, Rockey. He freaked out at the big dog. But since then they’ve become friends, doesn’t mean that they don’t torment each other, especially when they play king of the hill. If Pye’s at the top of the stairs, Rockey will rarely cross him, likewise when Pye come inside and Rockey’s there to meet him, he makes sure to play tease.

He’s one of those cats that think they’re larger than they really are.

Bucky is going to hate this, but he looks like a small child playing with his very much larger and much older brother. A brother that just lets the little guy climb all over him.
