Good morning Bill. (of course it’s only 10:20 PM here on the West Coast) Man, have you ever tried to type with a kitten licking your hand and trying to pin it down so he can do so? Makes it a bit difficult. He’s such a big help! He’s 7 months old now and almost 11 pounds. My adult cat is only 12 pounds, so Pinto is going to be a bruiser!

@ MomtanaLady. That’s a lot of precip’. Seems like there’s been a lot of rain up that way? Trouble is, people expect the climate. What they get is the weather. Difference there.Also. how are the creeks and rivers up there?

Howdy, Villagers,Slim…..the creeks and rivers are all flooded. Our creeks have overflown the banks, basements have been flooded. Everyone has been out helping everyone with sand bagging. Some smaller roads have been closed from the overflow. The Missouri River is really at it’s peak…….and in some low areas up near Cascade and Great Falls it has overflown the banks a little. Not as bad as further east.Fortunately, we live in the mountain area, and just have the run off problem with our dirt roads. Also, dkram is in the eastern time zone

@ MontanaLadySure wish we had some of that overflow down here. It looks like the hunidity is ever so slowly rising here in SE Aridzona (the “d” is not a typo". Looks like the annual monsoon rains might be a bit tardy this year. We need them, big time!!!NOAA has five levels of drought severity. The SE corner of Arizona is at the five level, We NEED RAIN!!!!
