A little web digging confirmed what I suspected. The 23rd is a Marine Infantry reserve unit, those tend to be regional and this one covers Texas and Louisiana, so if the brothers are in the same area, they’re more likely going to be in the same area. My brother’s unit had two or three father-son groups when they deployed to Iraq a few years back.

Well, a pint of Guinness is as nutritious as a loaf of bread. I don’t know about the yellow stuff pictured, though, that’s clearly NOT beer.
