    This is a baleen whale, as Young Master correctly observes in panel 4. But it is unfortunately almost certain that it is too late to return it to the sea. Self-beaching is a tragic fate that no amount of hippy-help(green tee-shirt and ponytail) or Save the Whale effort (light blue tee-shirt) can reverse.

    I feel for the poor creature. I know when I lay down at the beach, kids from Greenpeace keep trying to “push me back out to sea.” As for Master Sedgewick, his heart is in the right place (it’s his brain that sometimes slips its moorings). Luckily, Jarvis is usually there to help him.
