Your husband must enjoy being a swinger.

Last time I went to the park, I had to wait for all the older men to stop hogging the swings.

Are you sure you didn’t put the swing set it for Todd?

And why not, beats a rocking chair by far!

Everything that needs to be said has been said, I guess.

But is Opal wearing pants? Don’t often see her in pants.

I wouldn’t have thought that Opal could cross her legs like that, you know, with her cankles and all.

Good call, cdward. And they look like capris! Opal being stylish? wow

Ever since the “cankles” gag turned up, people here have been mistakenly assuming that calf-ankles, cankles, is a product of being old, or fat, or both. Sure, it can be, but I’ve seen young people of normal weight with them…simply an unfortunately proportioned body type. Very few of us have the genes to be supermodels.

 

(And BTW, if you’ve never seen a substantial elderly lady being able to cross her legs like that, you haven’t been paying attention. Flexibility, too, may have nothing to do with age or weight.)

I love swinging on a swing. There’s something that feels so FREE about it all!

No one said husbands can’t have fun

Me..I’m 55..and..still prefer..“Slip-N-Slide”“Water Wiggler” doesn’t do anything for me anymore though..We all get our jollies where we can these days.

I want a swing SO MUCH! It’s one of my happiest memories…
