That is crazy enough that it might work.Cisco bought Scientific-Atlanta for $7B. Scientific-Atlanta had $2B in sales and consistently made a profit.Skype had $800M in sales and lost $7M. Microsoft buys it for $8.5B. According to Microsoft, Skype is worth 17% more.Waiting for the next Plutonium Blonde.
I took the location pictures myself at an office complex in my hometown. I took a batch of shots in each season to use accordingly. To date, no one has identified the place. Could it be no one there is a WD reader?
If I remember right, the first outdoor photo was used in December 2008, for a gag with a trampoline. In two days it’ll be my third anniversary on the strip!
I love the comic. It reminds of so many of the people I have dealt with being in the computer consulting business. I can relate to it so well. keep up the good work.
I’ve been lucky. I work in agriculture, and we have a “sister” agency in the same building with adjoining doors and shared kitchen and conference room space. Most of us have been together over 10 years, 3 of us have been together for 20 plus. For the most part we get along great. We may have squabbles now and then, but they are over the next day, and they’ve never been over anything big. Knock on wood we stay that way! We have a very LOW turnover, so that tells you something right there!

I think if they left us alone to do our work, we are more productive. LOL, thanks for the daily laugh. Too close to home sometimes.

yeah – - don’t confuse the boss with facts once her/his mind is made up.

Rita is a perfect example of many of the people I have to work wiith. If there is an explanation involved, they just tune out.

I love how you guys use “real” backgrounds for the outside environment. It speaks volumes about how unreal things can be inside the work site. ~ lm

I’m so glad I didn’t have a boss like that. But then it was a regional office. Home office on the other hand didn’t give us any respect whatsoever.
