I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t get the drift here. Maybe all will be revealed tomorrow, or maybe Google will have to come to the rescue.
Oh, I think I get it. He looks a little low, as in he looks depressed. “Sitting in the milk” would be a cowboy-ism for being happy.
