Night-Gaunt49, I think this came up before here. It’s hard to find a good male equivalent to male slut. Man whore? Nope. That doesn’t quite work either. If anyone has any suggestions, I’d like to hear them. (Keeping it clean enough to post here, of course.)
Lothario and Casanova are a couple of names that seem to fit the description, but they do not really have a unversally negative connotation. Even “whoremaster” or “whoremonger,” while being negative about the man, is equally derisive about his conquests, who, despite the wording, may not all be “pros”.
“lecher” might be a good candidate, though it might be more of an indication of intent, rather than success.
Hmm, there are some good suggestions here and I’ve thought of one too. P***yhound. (Sorry, but I think it’s a bit too dirty to fully spell out.) That’s pretty bad, but I can still see that being said with a wink and nod.Someone else suggested to me the term “man whore.”That comes close.. But I suspect even that doesn’t have the (as Norm calls it) universally negative connotation. After all, if a man is whore then he’s technically working and that’s good, right?Hmm. “Man slut?” Drat. Still sounds like a compliment—but just barely.
Why not just call a man a slut too? I don’t know why the words “whore” and “slut” are supposed to be some sort of “feminine adjective” when it works both ways.
