Oh, come on, I’ve been around cats before, and i never had a reaction to them before like this; as long as i wash my hands and change out of my clothes at the end of the day
Frank must have a severe case of Cat allergies just to let the mere presence of 1 bother him like this
“No wonder my nose is plugged up. I’m allergic to cats!”

Frank isn’t merely “letting” the cat’s presence bother him. His body can’t help the reaction. People who are seriously allergic to pets aren’t faking it because they don’t like pets. Good grief.
