So…….this isn’t the first time Bob has worn a fire hydrant costume?

Why didn’t he spray the dog back. Fire hydrants have three hose fittings.

At least he can kinda use the cap for Devo concerts.

He shoulda carried a sword with him. That way he would’ve looked like a medieval gladiator. Dogs don’t urinate on gladiators (I don’t think).

Rusty is testing the rust inhibiting characteristics of Bob’s mettle…..

Bob… anyone tell you that it’s too early for Halloween.
