Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
August 1st, 2000. That is the first one here. Looks like the beginning of the strip. Perhaps if we all write to the Powers that Be they will start there?
It started on Monday July 17, 2000 with Duncan giving the reader his job description. It ended on Sunday January 2, 2005 with a decision to adopt a new puppy into the family group. Yes, I too would like to see it rerun again. Including the Sunday strips that they took away about a year ago. I complained at the time, but they did not give them back.
Meanwhile, one can see it all in the archives. I have been viewing the Sunday strips there this past year. Now, I have started over and am reading from the beginning until the powers that be either rerun it or take it down completely.
I heard back from UClick/gocomics. Weâve reached out to the creator to inquire as to what they wish to do with this feature. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
They replied rather promptly, which was nice. So I guess it is up to Chris Browne, whatever he decides.
Yes, and I just recently discovered Kit âNâ Carlyle has ended as well. SIGH! And then in the regular line-up there are some REAL garbage strips taking the place of good Sherpaâs that deserve front page, or wonderful repeats of strips like these. Go figure!
If theyâve ended it hopefully theyâll do a âClassicsâ like Stone Soup. Iâve just learned today that âEdge Cityâ is ending today. What a bummer so many good comics come to an end.
Would like to see new comics of Duncan and Brumbly. Maybe the cartoonist is unavailable for some reason. Hope thereâs someone to carry on if thatâs the case.

Not likely Big Daddy!

Itâs OK to have a rerun, but I think it should be at the right time, not a month or more ahead.

To Chris Browne:
My complements to you for writing this comic strip, and to the real life Duncan and Brambley who inspired it.
Raising Duncan helps make the world a better place, especially todayâs world. Please let us continue to get our daily fix of love and kindness.

I really miss this strip. I lost my sweet Scottie, Duffy, this past July. Now I feel like I lost him again.
