Rip: Was I right? Isn't this the most relaxing camping trip you've ever been on! TNT: I don't know, Ripster, I can't seem to get Netflix on the iPad out here. Rip: We're out camping, TNT. Forget Netflix! TNT: No can do, Rip, I'm halfway through the first season of "murder she wrote", and I need to see where everything's going! Rip: Hold it, get down. Did you see those lights? TNT: No! Just stars from my blood-pressure rising, Mr. Scare-me-to-death!

Quick! TNT! Look across the lake! It’s the light from the screens of various personal computing devices! They must have reception over there! Go and join them, tail a-waggin’!

Now, now, TNT. Ask yourself this: “What would J.B. Fletcher do?”

Would Mark Trail be caught dead with personal computing devices (really, would they? I haven’t read it in ages :-))? Great comments from everyone, especially Uncle Bad and Dragoncat!

I’m fairly sure Murder She Wrote didn’t have a story arc. Though maybe it could have used one — like Angela Landsbury’s friends could have stopped inviting her to come to events, as they always end up dead.
