It’s actually called a BALD cap, Dean. A skullcap is a regular bit of headgear.

I’m reminded of when I got drafted to play Charlie Brown, because I had the roundest head in the group. It was embarrassing acting as though I had a crush on the red-headed girl. I had to wear a ball cap to cover up my hair, therefore I had to use a large grocery bag as my lunch sack to be able to fit it over my head like the script called for me to do.
