My tuna-powered alarm clock woke me up at 5:30 and I’m still half asleep.

I love Arlo’s intuitive understanding of the way cats “think.”

Why go to all that trouble?… most of the time you couldn’t tell the difference anyway.

We have a cat that only likes to eat if you pet her while she is eating.

Not to get too deeply involved in the cats vss dogs discussion, but why have i never heard of a seeing eye cat, or why is there no police cat division? Then again I don’t have to ask my kids to pick up after the cat either or walk the cat when I get home from work.

We have the perfect cat, inherited from a neighbor who moved and took all but the cat and a giant bowl of cat food. It tends to keep its distance from male members of the house, including our dog. (good kitty)

I feel bad saying that because she probably has bad experiences with her previous household, and I feel like i am capitalizing on it, but she is the perfect cat, for me anyway.

Jeff. You’re hooked. Once you like your first cat, no matter how little, you will eventually like all cats. Even lions, tigers (and the cougars that aren’t officially in Michigan). They sneak right into your heart. On their own terms…
