Frazz by Jef Mallett for August 19, 2011
Transcript:
Frazz: Coach Hacker wasn't too happy when he found out I knew. Caulfield: No, but he still paid me for the songs "he" wrote for his lessons with you. Frazz: Any plans for the money? Caulfield: Duh. Buy a bunch of semi-controversial books for the school library. Frazz: Caulfield, that's very cool. Caulfield: Hacker's not the only one who wants to be like you.

“Free speech doesn’t apply to the people I disagree with.” ;)(No real quote. At least I hope so!)

Go to the Banned Books Fair every year. Then go to the library and take out the beloved books of your school days.

Hmm, I wonder if any school libraries have holy books? Not that I care, what I care is that they have only one of whichever religion is on their agenda.

Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive…

Not a political/partizan cartoon… ya’ know. Elbows are inappropriate.__Banned/controversial books should be available… including religious texts of most religions, in all school libraries. If a parent want’s to keep their child from having access to certain books, they should have to go to the school and have that child’s card “marked” electronically so that they can’t check them out.IMO

Coach Hacker is the guy who paid the kid to write the lyrics that he was supposed to be learning how to write.
