I grew up in a poor neighborhood and the fraud I saw…how can you be on food stamps and have cable TV and the latest electronic gizmos? When you multiply that times millions of people, it makes spending go out of control. I was taught not to take part in that and I can proudly say that today, I no longer am poor.
