I thought the Europeans getting grumpy about the credit agencies downgrading Southern European nations’ ratings and even threatening (@@ ) to create their own, was just petulance, but I see Americans think likewise. I’m sure we’ll get folks reminding everyone how spectacularly wrong these agencies were as regards the derivatives being peddled a few years back. Oh, I just did.
