Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for April 05, 1996
Transcript:
Luann asks, "Mom, I'm tryin' to write a personal ad to find a boyfriend. What should I say?" Nancy ponders, "Oh, let's see..." Nancy suggests, "'Innocent, fragile flower seeks polite, wholesome young gentleman with clean fingernails and no earrings (who also doesn't smoke, do drugs, swear or 'expect' anything) for safe, daytime group activities with adult supervision.'" Unenthused Luann says, "Do you care which monastery he's from?"

“No earrings?”
I object to that. I’m a guy with pierced (technically, stretched) ears, and I’m a pretty chill dude. No drugs, partying, or things like that.
