Just turn your hearing aids off Earl and you’llenjoy the walk better.

Earl, If you planned it right, you left your hearing aids home.

And all Earl hears is nonsense words: “Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe…” Yes, he can recite it back to her on demand. No, it did not sink in. Was it supposed to?

Well Earl for me when I go walking is mostly or all by myself hubby will not. And oposite for me when we are in the car hubby does all the talking. I am usually driving. Since he retired he does not like to drive when I’m there.
