The Buckets by Greg Cravens for September 17, 2011
Transcript:
How were things at the children's Museum? Ok. The local National Guard brought around some tanks and armored vehicles. Wow. I can see that going wrong. You're not kidding. The average pack of six-year-olds can do way more damage than artillery. Did you tell dad we owe those guys a tank?

I’ve done some work for the local Children’s Museum. I’ve been told (don’t tell anyone I passed this on) that in order to design a traveling exhibit for Children’s Museums, you must make something that can stand up to a group of enraged, drunken monkeys. THEN, the exhibit MIGHT last until the end of its run.

I`m not surprised – but really – only one tank! .Our Armed Forces always have displays out during the annual fair(PNE) – Attending during the week means I can usually visit and chat at each of the displays and get all the freebies. Thanks to one of our news programs showing the nifty balsa wood planes being given out – I never stood a chance – the air force was swarmed with children, most were Eddie`s age.
