East Coast prime time was 7 until the FCC decided that taking away that hour from those evil corporate networks and turning it over to the local stations would result in a world of peace, love, creativity, and a unicorn in every pot. What we got instead is a wasted hour. But how often does a government agency admit it made a mistake and undo its error?
