NOT a ridiculous question OR answer … it is just that the "answer “sounds” funnier than it actuallly is!

I hope that Jef has Mr Uhrmann become more of a regular character! Have him get a permanent position and create a new (occasional) substitute. He is a great character (as is Principal Spaetzel) and could be more frequently featured.

I like the fact the Mr. Uhrmann the sub is in control. No one would play sink- the- sub with him.

A ticket for going too slow for the flow of traffic is a valid violation.

Contesting a ticket for going too slow? That says a lot about a self righteous person.

I’m a substitute teacher. I would like to see more of him…There is a lot of possible material there for Jeff to mine…Especially with students like Caufield…I agree with nickword….Caufield’s probably met his match

The term is usually “obstructing traffic”. I have often feared getting one for driving the speed limit.;

In some places you can get a ticket for driving the limit if traffic around you is going significantly faster
