No! It can’t be!The “conspiracy theorists” were correct!Every one of them, even when they contradicted each other!

The elation of Conspiracy Theorists at this startling revelation is palpable! Palpable, sir!

Sure, wealth grows more concentrated with each passing year, but that implies nothing.

“Conspiracists” are like UFO abductees. They are so far fetched with their sensational accounts. Nothing grounded like, oh, say… the single bullet theory.

Were I Master Sedgewick, at this point I’d be starting to pinch myself…….

Say, was the bountiful slathering of garlic on my suppertime snails meant to hide an extra day in the refrigerator?

    Hmm, I would wonder….

is it at all possible that a spoonful of Pepto-Bismol might have headed off this whole turn of ….“events?”

It would be nice if Obama DID have this much power.

Can’t believe that I am identifying with Sedgie in his dismay.

I once worked for one of the founding American families (signer of Declaration of Independence), and asked why after 1890 there were no more governors, senators etc. of that name. A candid (meaning: stewed to the gills) member of the family revealed: "By that time, we found it more advantageous to be on the “bridge,” steering the course, than to have a public face as a a deck officer." So as I watch the political situation now, I understand that what the public officials say and do is only a small part of a greater, hidden story.

I’m with Susan. The only way this story line will redeem itself is if it is all a bad dream on the part of Sedgewick. For example, why would Jarvis bring his employer into his own private domain? “. . . a place for employees to unwind . . . .”

Actually, it seems rather realistic based on past and current developments in Washington, DC and Europe.

I knew it was a ruse when I read the phrase “working together”.

I remember when the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour was cancelled because the put down our government too much and turned it all into comic antics. What’s going to become of this strip?

Yes-too bad about Smother’s Bros. I liked many old comedy shows. TWTWTW (TW3) was great too-but they had to be current. I still loved Sid and Imogene best and their comedy was timeless because it related to the old burlesque.
