Morning, Bill. Morning, All. Hope everyone has a happy weekend. We have our monthly Men’s breakfast this morning. We’ve invited the ladies to attend and we have a special guest speaker, a missionary to Haiti.

I spent 12 hours at work yesterday, moving offices. I was still packing up “stuff” when the movers were down to the last desk (on which I was working). I’m so sore, I can barely move. Too bad the hot tub is in Henderson!
On a happier note, 8 days to my birthday! We are going to the LA County fair to celebrate. One of my favorite annual rituals.
GOOD AFTERNOON ALL,@ML leaves are at only about 5% here, but in the high elvationsAdirondack Mts. , about 40-50%, It’s so diff. between Vermont, NH, Mass- spotty in every state and all diff.I usually shoot for mid Oct. to drive South as our water goes off Nov. 1. Got them leaving around this pass Thurs ,Fri and others in Oct. at various times. Hope your as well as can beGBY
For some reason, I could not sleep after 2:30-ish this morning. So, I got up and read. I’m hooked on the Michael Connelley LAPD stories, with Det. Harry Bosch. Man, he can really write! You don’t want to put them down!.Jan, in case I forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, you young Whippersnapper, you! When you are at the fair, do you check out the garden railroads? Our older daughter & her Man are really into that, and have been building one for the last 6 months or so. They get a kick out of the fairground displays.
ML: We are about 10 degrees cooler than normal this year. Feels nice now, but will wait to see.
