Check out the letter “I DON’T GIVE A RAT’S ASS” in the column at http://www.latitude38.com/letters/201108.html . The toilet became a rat trap on a boat in Mexico.
Tomorrow Arlo will tell her about the spiders she’s swallowing while she sleeps. It is nice of Janis to keep the rats out of the toilet. Po’ things might drown.
In an old trailer we lived in in 29 Palms as a kid (before people called them ‘mobile homes’, but still OURS, a step up from Base Housing), the terlet was mounted on a garbage disposal with a timer switch, to better prepare the effluent for the cesspool and drainfield. Might make rats think twice (or at least, less of a problem!)
OMG< Cockroaches? wow! I suppose they COULD arrive through that venue! OMGosh, wow,… we live… wow. I was just going to say that is what the cats if for… but wow. Cockroaches?! wow!
They are joking? right? The toilet goes “down” and “out” only… right? The flushing water is the “treated” water? yes? help! Is this true? I’m freaking out…

Just wait for the next time nature calls Janis. How long can she hold out?

Just wait, Arlo. Those words will come back to bite you in the rear the next time you leave the seat up.

Don’t mention alligators Arlo. But that might be a crock.

It happened to us just a few weeks ago. Unfortunately for the rat, we have animals that considered it an intruder. So,dead wet rat.

Maybe this is a good idea. It’ll keep Ludwig from falling in the toilet and drowning.
