I’m no fan of strip malls, but on the whole I consider “outdoors” to be “what I have to pass through to get from the building where I am to the building where I want to be.” Since Dad has a nice CABIN up at Gustine Lake, maybe with windows so I can look out at the natural surroundings, it wouldn’t bother me that there was no cell phone reception.
