Fire that cook! You don’t make a soufflé in a frying pan, and you don’t use whole eggs. The eggs have to be separated, the whites and yolks beaten separately, then recombined in a casserole dish and baked.

In my part of the country, the chef’s don’t take guff from the head waiter… at all! Neither do the “cooks”.
