    Yep. Treat your employees like children who need constant monitoring and you get employees who act out and rebel. It reminds me of, “you must clock out for smoke breaks”, “your computer use is being logged”, “all employees need to carry these new tracking badges” and other nonsense. Basically these petty monitoring systems are simply in place to compensate for poor hiring and mentoring. If you’re an employee and they start to do this to you it probably means that your company is not really helping your career, and if you are an employer and contemplating these things before wasting money on expensive watchdog devices its probably a good idea to overhaul the HR department.

    Just wait until they implant tracking nodes into your body to not only track your arrival but all your other movements within the building… “Johnson! You’ve been in the bathroom for twenty minutes! Quit wasting company time!”
