I remember when I crashed my brother’s dirt-bike. My mother was PO’ed that he was more concerned with the condition of the bike than the condition of his brother.
Nope. A car’s registration simply means that your car’s VIN, make, model and year are registered and recognized by that particular state. (Generally, this is included — and renewed — with one’s licence plates, which are basically proof that your car is registered.)
Your Driver’s License means that you have met a particular state’s criteria for driving on public roads.
Insurance means that you (through the insurance company’s policy) have the ability to pay any liability (or liabilities) if your car is involved in an accident. In theory, you can have any one of the three without having the other two.
Wheels have fallen from that trike before (if my memory serves) so I hope it will just be fixed up by dad or mom- it WAS mean of Alice to insist on riding it just to bug her brother, I would not even have thought to steal toys from my brother – but he took my lovely sliderule when he went to college. My parents paid for the boy but wouldn’t let me study engineering- “Architecture is competitive even for boys – forget it!”
