Let me start by saying I’m a Carnivore. yum. However, properly prepared tofu isn’t as disgusting as you think. Extra firm, fried until it’s crispy, mixed with garden vegies. Fried in bacon grease, even better.

My friends and I used to call it toad food. I do enjoy it in many dishes.
