I was cycling in the Austin, Texas, hill country, going roughly 25 mph along a flat stretch when I got that same “bam” on my leg. Thought I’d been hit by a rock thrown up by a rider ahead of me. Looked down and the stinger was still sticking out of the skin. Guess the bee was pre-irritated and pre-primed when I came by.

Two Bees or not two bees..that is the question. (Can’t believe I got to that one first!)

This calls for an air RAID™ …. er … Brewster you better hold your breath during the raid …….☻

I sense that someone’s going to be losing a spleen before this is over.

They say that bee spray is the best kind of self defense when you’re outside (running, etc.) It has a longer distance of shooting, and the perp has to go to the hospital to get a remedy to take the stuff out of his eyes. Just your useless fact for the day.
