I apologize for my shameful ignorance, but could anyone explain today’s strip?

Foursquare is a Web site where you can register your current location (usually from a smartphone). You can win “badges” for visiting a certain place several times, and even be declared “mayor” of a place if you visit it more times than anyone else in your area.

I know many FB friends play games but I block all of them.

I have sitting next to me Graham Chapman’s Liar’s Autobiography, The Python’s Autobiography of The Pythons, and in the living room Eric Idle’s Greedy Bastard Diary, all three purchased in the last 2 months. I first watched them in the 70’s when the Phoenix PBS station started running it and they run through my brain on pretty much a daily basis.And no, I do not need help, but thank you for asking.The purchase of Liar’s Autobiography was upon hearing the news that a 3-D animated adaptation of it is in production, voiced by the remaining Pythons sans Eric, apparently they had a bit of a falling out over the Greedy Bastard Tour.

What a coincidence. I drove up to Highwood Pass yesterday to check out the larches. Lots of snow there; it was very nice.

I didn’t get the strip at all, I just thought the Python reference was great. “I’m a lumberjack and I’m okay, I sleep all night and I work all day…”

I’m still waiting for my Book-of-the-Month Club dung.

I can see that he would want to be mayor of the main highway to Maidenhead.
