    I’ve got too much flab now … thanks Toronto Transit for being so f*cking convenient! … so now that I’m a full time college student with access to their gyms etc, I’m going to start using them… when I’m done procrastinating.

    run in the mud… bike in the sand… it’s all cardio. Frustrating, mind-bending cardio.

    Darn it! I just realized there’s only 2 months until January. Then Sun Run training. Which i have to start getting in shape for now because the first 4 weeks in January – I swear they are trying to kill me! .Though this past February we did get to do 5 km in about 30-50 cm of snow. (late winter storm).

    If I could get a decent work-out while I slept, I would be in Olympic-athlete level form! I have a sleep disorder that is almost exactly like Narcolepsy without actually being Narcolepsy (I just don’t have the early onset REM, but have been timed as falling asleep in as little as 4 seconds).
