Amazingly the artist acurately captured the image of the protesters prior to their arrival to the controlled events. The fact that they are all there thinking they’re living in their socialist wonderland where they all get an equal voice only to find out that they are being controlled by larger organizations is going to be parody for cartoonists for years to come. They’ll probably be laying around on mom and dad’s sofas for years to come too, so maybe this isn’t a portrait of before they go, but a portrait of after they leave??? :-)~
The strip is fine. The comments equating the characters with the Protestors are garbage. Most of the protestors are able to be out there because they CAN’T FIND A JOB. Fix that, and protests will stop—or are you too busy making snide, inaccurate shots at people who actually care enough to try and make a difference?

Occupy Mom’s Sofa! That’s where most Occupy (insert location here) slackers were before they hit the streets.
