A question for Lincoln: Do you ever look at the comments from readers on the other GoComics and what are your favorite other toons on the funny pages? Are you influenced by our comments for future strips? I wanted to be a ‘toonist back in the 70’s but life happened while I was busy making other plans. I still do graphics and blacklite poster stuff but toons were always my love. Went to Disney studios and met some of the artists, Fred Helmich, was working on The Aristocats at the time. Dang, wish I stayed with it.

I enjoy gram and Gramps, and I like the school picture storylines. I only know Cul De Sac and Get Fuzzy. I’ll check out Monty and F Minus later.

Gram would be driven CRAZY if she had a pet (especially a dog).
P.S. I ordered Cabin Fever two days ago, I might be getting it during Thanksgiving week. I also hope to get some more Big Nate books soon!

the error in this strip in the third panel makes it look like Nate is really sad because there not getting a pet because of the thing over his eye
