man: interior or exterior?
dad: interior.
man: latex or oil? flat, smi-gloss or gloss? wall or ceiling? one coat? texture? aqua-poxy? five-year, ten-year, or 15-year?
dad: white
man: antique white, creamy white, off white, bright white
Antique white is a good choice. But if your not sure. You just have the painter make some samples up. He will just brush something like part of a board with the paints color of your choosing, let them dry so you can see how they look.

This is why I hate mixing paint. If I forget one of those zillion questions it can mess up the customer’s whole project.

Just find a paint chip you like, and ask for that color, as a scrub-proof paint (which last long and look good.)
