My first A in the world was in med school and I got a ass chewing for not getting a “A+”. Needless to say I blew my top.

And people say there are no standards anymore…

He should have gotten an A for effort at least.

I had a 0.94 and then was asked to leave. I did graduate college, though.

i drew a 3.98 in foreign languages, and ~2.0 in english and lit. my parents were perplexed as to why i was more fluent and better at structure and writing in anything but english….

Such negative thinking.

In college, I got a B+ on a paper and the professor wrote on it “Well, you didn’t have much to say — but I liked how you said it!”.

I had a 4.0 average, until an English Prof I “challenged” gave me an “F” on attendance, resulting on appeal in an entire two semesters being declared “F” on a certain lack of “in class” attendance. Later made up the GPA, but I guess he does deserve the “+” for just showing up in class?

Weak. No such thing as an F+.
