"A good nickname works on many levels. Take Mrs. Godfrey's latest nickname, "Venus De Silo."" "Venus was the goddess of love and beauty. Mrs. Godfry is nrither loving nor beautiful. So you've got the whole irony thing going on. Venus is also a planet, an obvious reference to Mrs. Godfrey's enormous size." "Venus De Silo. A silo contains feed for liovestock, a nod to Mrs. Godfrey's bovine quality." "As I said: Many levels." "It's impressive, in a disturbing kind of way."

Do I see Mrs. Godfrey sneaking up behind him?

He forgot to mention that it’s an ironic play on Venus de Milo, which is a beautiful Greek Statue on display at the Louvre. Ironic because Mrs. Godfrey is not a Greek Statue, nor is she on display at the Louvre, and she is not beautiful.
