Happy Thanksgiving from the Great White North. Where it’s Grey Cup weekend. I understand if you don’t have a clue what that is. The last 3 Star Wars movies had very little of the magic that the first 3 did, I agree.
Only turkey? No veggies? No roast or mashed potatoes? No cranberries? No gravy? No pumpkin pie? No wine? I sure wouldn’t want to eat there. Hey, maybe that’s what I’m thankful for! In Canada we celebrate it the second Monday of October.
Happy Grey Cup Week! (got tickets in the nose-bleeds).and Happy Thanksgiving to our neighbours to the south. Enjoy your dinner and bother with any of that midnight madness shopping stuff.

I’m from Oz. Just who is Monty thinking of and is he thankful for something the guy did do or didn’t do?

We all have something for which to give thanks. In Monty’s world, those things are just a little stranger….

So George needed some Lucozade?

Maybe he’s thanking George Lucas cos Meddick knows even fewer people would recognise Gene Roddenberry.
Meanwhile — thanks, you guys, for being here….. and Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving all! So is that really George Lucas that Monty is imagining? Not that I have a better idea.

I thought it was Kenny Rodgers.

I like Fleshy being thankful for the can-opener = a true cat, not being bothered about who actually uses it.
And, yes, it’s George Lucas…I know because he’s a close personal friend of mine…

Holy crap…you guys get up awfully early to read the comics. It’s nice to see some dedication in the world. Happy Thanksgiving!

If Monty gets the turkey, what is everyone else going to eat?

Andrea, you’ve missed a week. The prof was last week. This week was Gretchen visiting her mother. I thought it was a good storyline.

We should ALL be thankful for George Lucas. He changed all of our lives.

Suzanne — C’mon, they’re all guys!
There might still be a loaf of bread around someplace —
“Hey, look at the one behind my couch cushion. Is it too squished?”
Larry — yeah, but if he were secretly expressing thanks for a spaceship, some readers would wonder whether he’s an alien.
Not that they don’t already.
And Happy Thanksgiving Saturday, as I recall, to you and Mrs. LL.

George Lucas? I’m disappointed — I hoped Monty was giving thanks for Jim Meddick!
