Please, please always Nancy and or Sluggo with Aunt Fritz. Please save wacky songs for a different strip…

The rhymes are so-so (more assonance than rhyme) but the meter is terrible.

If I recall correctly, Fritzi gave up a promising Hollywood career to take care of Nancy.

Let the words of our mouth and the meditations of our hearts, be acceptable in Thine sight, here, tonight….

I hope Puss N Boots is out on DVD soon. I remember Nancy since I was real small too. I had a paperback Nancy comic book even. Nancy rocks!

Guy, I get your point; however, Nancy belongs to everyone. You provide the fodder for our senses. Try 1945, in a white swing on a MS farm, a 10-year-old mesmerized by the strong red, yellow, black, and green colors…a world created by whoever had the copyright on Nancy then. I never dreamed that we would still have her—thanks to you— in 2011. All I’m asking for is a bit of balance here. One day Aunt Fritz and her adolescent songs; the next day Nancy and/or Sluggo for us addicts…Have a heart. You are GREATLY appreciated.

So…an opinion…a request…is a negative comment? Wow! What wits you are. Maybe I AM in the wrong place. Too vintage, I guess…like Nancy.
