Frazz by Jef Mallett for March 05, 2006
Transcript:
Caulfield: Hey, Frazz. Which room is probability and statistics in? Frazz: 54. Caulfield: Wait for it... Frazz: Plus or minus three. Caulfield: Thank you, thank you. We'll be here all week. Mrs. Olsen: We don't have a room 54! Or a room 51! Or 57! Or a probability and statistics class! It's an elementary school! Besides, why would Caulfield be asking in the middle of the semester? Ask me which room probability and statistics is in!

I understand the give or take 3 part, but where does 54 come in. It would make sense if it were 68 or 95, but why 54? could someone explain?

Dr. Spaetzle’s answer/question will be, “But we don’t teach probability and statistics here.”
