What a croc! In September 2011, wildlife officials caught a 21 foot long, 2370 pound crocodile in Bunawan, Philippines! Officials think it had eaten a child, a fisherman and a water buffalo! German artist David Hanauer created a line of elaborately patterned rugs based on satellite imagery of Earth! Manhattanhenge On two days of the year, the sunsets exactly in line with the Manhattan street grid in New York City!

Nice if they would have mention the days not to be driving in NY on those mornings and evenings. Seems like it’s a receipe for disaster to be blinded by the light while commuting.

I have a photo taken when the sun lined up with two attic windows on a certain house. Use it to illustrate how much lower their electric bill would be if they’d turn out that bright attic light!

2x a year the the sun is going to rise and set down almost any primarily east/west road in the country- Big Deal
Eugeno over 13 years ago
