seen one plugger go from a baseball cap to a winter fudd hat. it looks simular to a russian hat. but the side flaps of the fudd can snap onto the main part of the hat when ear protection is not needed. but then that is the northern states.and in the south, the drawing is at least true there.

Thats sort of like, having the flap down in the summer time. And the flap up in the winter time.
