Now I think would be a good time for Holly to be inside his backpack.

So Wally has a cat’s agility. Maybe that will help him appreciate his transformation.

Now is there another plot afoot to destroy the launch vehicle? Unless the launch crew is composed of idiots, I’d expect them to scrub the launch and check for damage/sabotage. And to make sure that hatch is closed.

Holly’s outside, for she needs to shoot Wally’s hanging on, his hands are moot And the mutts are intense So in their self-defense They need both to give these things the boot But the transporter’s running the show He’s got cameras — doesn’t he know? If he’s watching events Then his own self-defense Should be saying now: “It’s time to go!” But I don’t think the PT’s aware Of predicaments facing the pair It did not duck and cover Just sat there in hover He’s not taking sides, he’s just … there =|====/ Level Head Vote for Endtown 2.0 And for Doc Rat, too The Endtown Forum

ODE TO 217 (to the tune of “Ode to Billie Joe” by Bobbie Gentry)Jenner presents a different perspective on the event. It was the Third of June, another sleepy, dusty desert day.I was out sealing water pumps and my brother was minin’ clayAnd at dinner time we stopped and made a track to the compound to rechargeAn Mama hollered out the back door “Y’all decontaminate in the garage.”And then she said “I got some news this morning from the Biol Store pantryThat 41217 Quadruped jumped off the missile launching gantry.”And Papa said to Mama as he passed around the axle grease“Well, he prob’ly had a faulty brain installed. Pass the gaskets, please.”“I’m booked to take a team tomorrow, out collectin’ ‘few more mutie spares.”And Mama said it was a shame about 217, for them that cares.“Y’know it only seems like yesterday he was chosen up to be a sentry. And now you tell me 217’s jumped off the missile launching gantry.”And Brother recollected 217’s first assignment sharpnin’ knives,In Excelsinova City, tryin’ to help the Masters build ‘em better lives. And he was so excited goin’ to guard the rocket that’ll reach the stars.“I saw a bit o’ lightning round them parts, but by looks it don’t got too far.”“By the way, they say they’re beefing up security against illegal entry.”“And 41217 Quadruped’s jumped off the missile launching gantry.

Aaron Neathery’s story is so beautifully told and drawn, I can’t stop writing about it, And I’ve bought the original art of my very favourite strip. The actual real stuff. If you want to have your own very favourite sequnce, framed and on your wall like mine soon will be, contact him. (No, he didn’t put me up to this endorsement. I just believe in him so much that I really think you deserve a share of his genius, as much as he deserves commensurate recompense for his venture, which to date has been founded mostly on faith and dedication and the dream.)

Wait a minute, Petey’s airscout carried both Al and Guistine when Hillside collapsed. Now this one is being weighed down by 3 mutts? I realize Guistine is not as big as an actual rhino, but she alone ought to outweigh a few mutts…

Flask deemed Holly to be a “distraction”. I’d say that at the very least she’s proven to be an incentive. If Flask is “impressable” Wally’s performance to date has to have earned her admiration, if not respect. But would he have acted as he did if only his own skin were at risk?

I’m just thinking DADOF3 we don’t know how much the mutts weigh, that I remember, batteries and robotic parts can be heavy. I remember reading the breaking problem with electric cars are because the batteries increase it’s weight by a third so they alone can add many pounds. I also thought Petey’s airscout only slowed and guided the decent for Al and Guistine, not flew around with them. Then again I could be wrong.

You’re quite welcome.. :-) Incidentally, Topsiders are, by and large, fairly strong.. I figure that MUTTS weigh around 120-130 lbs apiece.
