I once was asked by a “scooter” driver in a parking lot, to drive the scooter she used back into the store for her. She did appear old & overweight. So I did it. pretty much hoping to get some points toward Heaven – in the event it exists. Naturally everybody in the store thought I was using the scooter. Luckily – I appear old & fat too. . .. ;-)

Great comic today. I also noticed there’s an ad for your fantastic new 2012 calendar, with a price of $32.96! Readers, shop around, you can get this calendar for $12.99 at gladstonemedia.com or amazon.com. Let the buyer beware.

Wow – why would they be selling it for $33? Page-a-Day calendars are everywhere, usually $10-15 max.

I’m 4’11", thin, and young. I look healthy. I can’t walk more than 2 steps unassisted.

If I gain weight as I age I guess Zyr will take away my keys. In ten years, I won’t be able to stand if I continue to progress as the relatives I inherited this gene from (which I will unless there is a cure for paralysis and MS – nerves from my spine to my legs are dying and there is no treatment- it’s not autoimmune so the drugs that help MS don’t work…

Regarding the price, I see they have it listed twice at the GoComics store, one priced at $12.99 and one at $32.96. Oops.

The $32.96 price is not a mistake, It only takes a few idiots to buy at that price instead of the regular price to make it worthwhile.
