Pie: To all of the ingredients that helped make me who I am, you deserve this more than I. To Betty Crocker, I wouldn't be standing here without your direction. To the farmer whose grains made my crust... Too-humble pie
In spite of the sign, the pie who came in second probably doesn’t think the bake-off was very fair, and if he wants to win it next year, he’ll have to be in the sky.
For anyone who saw my post done on my phone from the Lafayette Brewing Company that was here for around 45 minutes, I’m now home where posting is much easier. I didn’t drink so much English style bitter that I wasn’t legal to drive (Hi Number Six) and Dogsniff‘s comment now makes more sense. Now all I gotta do is read enough FA and Teresa’s blog so I can figure out what’s goin’ on.

Despite the inspirational speech, the stool he is standing on shows that he is coming up a little short.

Mjm…. being rather short on crust is what makes him humble.
OTOH having a short crust makes him crumble.
